From October 8th to 9th, 2024, the Jagiellonian Center for Law, Language, and Philosophy, in collaboration with Future Law Lab, hosted an invitational seminar on the Research Handbook on Legal Evolution. The event was conducted both in-person and online, featuring notable contributions and discussions.

Among the distinguished participants, ALF Postdoc Fellow Julieta Rabanos joined Discussion Panel III: Law in Evolution (Institutions, Concepts, Principles) – Part 1. ALF Coordinator, Prof. Miodrag Jovanović, contributed to Part 2 of the same panel, alongside colleagues from ALF partner institutions, Prof. Pedro Moniz Lopes (University of Lisbon) and Prof. Alessio Sardo (University of Genoa).

The Research Handbook on Legal Evolution (Edward Elgar Publishing, 2024) offers innovative insights into the interdisciplinary study of legal evolution, integrating various scientific approaches. It provides a comprehensive analysis of legal evolution, addressing both the field as a whole and its application across specific branches of law.

Contributions to this significant volume include papers from ALF Coordinators Prof. Miodrag Jovanović and Prof. Bojan Spaić, ALF Postdoc Researcher Julieta Rabanos, and professors from ALF partner institutions, Prof. Pedro Moniz Lopes and Prof. Alessio Sardo.
