Bojan Spaić, ALF coordinator, academic member and visiting Professor at Roma III University delivered a thought-provoking lecture on the concept of a legal system as part of the Philosophy of Law course led by Professor Giorgio Pino at Roma III University in Italy. The lecture, attended by all first-year law students, provided a deep dive into the foundational aspects of legal systems, fostering critical thinking and engagement among the students.
Additionally, Spaić participated in the Third Italo-Brazilian Legal Colloquium, hosted by Prof. Giorgio Pino at the Roma Tre University. The event featured panelists Fernando Rister de Sousa Lima and Felipe Chiarello de Souza Pino from University MacKenzie in São Paulo.
The Seminar on Legal Reasoning and Artificial Intelligence explored the dynamic intersections of law and digital technologies, addressing key topics such as: Digital platforms, Legal research and new technologies and Legal reasoning and artificial intelligence.
