From 27 – 30 June 2023 as part of the Jean Monet module discussion on the violation of the Rule of Law and in collaboration with the ALF project, professor Robert Alexy held four lectures on his legal philosophy. The discussions were held at the ALF partner – University of Genoa, Albergo Dei Poveri premises, as well as online.
