As part of the Horizon Europe Twinning project “Advancing Cooperation on the Foundations of Law – ALF,” a new bibliography has been compiled, focusing on key topics in legal philosophy: the relationship between law and logic, language, and morality. It covers works by authors from the former Yugoslav region—Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, and Serbia—spanning the 20th and early 21st centuries. The bibliography is a collaborative effort by legal philosophers and librarians, and while not exhaustive, it serves as a valuable resource for scholars interested in legal theory within South Slavic legal traditions and intellectual heritage.
