In November 2025, Mila Đorđević, an ALF Young Academic Member from the University of Belgrade, completed a month-long research stay at the Faculty of Law, Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in Budapest, with the aim of advancing the research for her PhD thesis.

The visit was carried out at the invitation of Professor Balázs Fekete, and supported by Professor Fruzsina Rózsina Tóth, who hosted Mila at the Department of Legal Philosophy.
During her stay, Mila Đorđević delivered a presentation titled “From Streets to Constitution – The Potential of 2024/25 Student Protests to Shape Legal Culture in Serbia” within the Advanced Study Socio-Legal Scientific Students Group, taught by Professor Tóth Fruzsina Rózsina. Her lecture examined how recent student movements in Serbia reveal emerging forms of constitutional consciousness and may contribute to reshaping legal culture through civic engagement and demands for institutional accountability.

As part of her research visit, Mila also participated in a discussion organized by Professor David Nelken (King’s College London) on “Platform Governance, Wikipedia, and Misinformation.” The event was followed by a broader roundtable with all participants on “The World of International Law Journals and Where to Publish,” offering insights into publication strategies, editorial expectations, and current trends in international legal scholarship.
